- First of all, take a bowl add all dal and rice soak for 3 hours.
- Add 1 cup curd and grind to a smooth but slightly coarse paste.
- Add bottle gourd, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, chili powder in it. Now add pinch of Eno fruit salt and oil. Mix it well.
- Take a Kadai. Add oil, Mustard seeds, curry leaves, cumin seeds, Asafetida, sesame seeds. Add the Half batter in it cover with lead. Cook for 5 minutes. change the side. Again cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve with green chutney, tomato sauce, or masala curd.
