- Place some water in a kadhai. Put a wire stand inside this and keep the tin of dhokla and cover this properly so that air should not go inside this.



- Check after 15 minutes with a knife. Cut into square pieces.



- In a pan drop some oil, Mustard Seeds, Whole Red Chilli. Fry them well at low flame until become crispy from both sides.
