- 6 Karri leaves
- 1 tbsp Ginger julienne
Instructions to make to make Masala Sauce Rice
- Soak rice for few hrs.

- Mix colour in little yoghurt.

- Put a cup of water,yoghurt,oil,ginger garlic,chicken and all the spices.

- Cook covered till chicken is half done.

- Peel and dice potatoes.

- Slice the tomatoes.

- Chop the coriander and mint.

- Add potatoes to the chicken and stir them well.

- Cook covered till chicken and potatoes are completely cooked.

- Boil the rice.

- Add coloured yoghurt,onion,tomatoes,plums,coriander,mint,karri leaves and ginger.

- Do not stir them.

- Cover with rice.

- Cook covered on dum for 15-20 minutes.

- Serve hot.
