  3. Heat ghee in a small non - stick tadka pan. Add asofoetida, cumin seeds and mustard seeds and saute on a medium flame for 30 secs.
  4. Add green chillies, curry leaves and broken cashews and saute again on a medium flame for 30 secs
  5. Add the tempering to the prepared curd rice mixture and mix well
  6. Lastly, garnish it with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve the curd rice immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled.
