  1. Add rava and curd in a bowl mix it well and keep aside for 30minutes Grate bottle Gourd very thin. Add the grated bottle gourd to the samvat rice rava, add the 1/2 cup curd, mix it well with hand and leave it for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan fry cashew nut and crush into small pieces Heat oil in a pan add Chana dal,Utd dal,mustard seeds.add hing and green chilli.add curry leaves..sauté for minute and remove
  3. Add the sauteed cashew and mustered seeds mixture to the soaked samvat rice rava, also add the chopped coriander, salt and 1/2 cup water and mix everything together
  4. Heat the water in the steamer (idli maker), grease the idli moulds, now add the eno/fruit salt to the batter, mix it and spoon it into the idli moulds and steam them immediately for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Let it cool for a couple of minutes, then remove them carefully
  6. Eat with coconut chutney
