- 20-22 meatballs
- 3 glass broth/yakhni camel/beef/mutton
- 750 grams rice (soaked)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 onions finely sliced
- 2 tbs ginger garlic paste
- 1 tomato large chopped
- 10-12 green chillies crushed/paste
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 1 tbs cumin seeds
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 12-15 black pepper pods
- 6-8 cloves
- 1 black cardamom
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 1 tsp whole spice powder
- 3-4 whole green chillies
- As per taste salt
- As required water

- Heat oil add onion and whole spices
- Fry until golden brown add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 minutes add green chillies (blended with yoghurt)
- Fry for 2 minutes add tomato salt and whole spice powder. fry until oil seperates. Now add meatballs. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes carefully.
- Now add broth/yakhni with fat. Add whole green chillies. Let it boil cover and cook for 15 minutes until meatballs get tender. Add soaked rice.
- Add water if required.Cook until water dries cover and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Dish it out and serve with raita and salad.
