  38. 1 kg boneless chicken cut into 1×6 inch strips

  40. 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  41. 1 tsp red chilli powder

  43. 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  44. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  45. 2 tbsp thick curd
  46. 2 tbsp peri peri sauce

Add the ginger garlic paste, and the red and green bells. Cook for a few minutes. Add the peri peri sauce, tomato sauce and salt. Mix well. Add the boiled rice and mix everything well. Cover and simmer till done. Enjoy!
