- Rinse rice and soak it for 30 minutes. Wash chicken with turmeric powder and keep it aside.


- Collect all the ingredients in correct quantity.



- Prepare ginger, garlic paste.


- Powder nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom together
