- Wash and soaked rice.. (it will make rice lamba)
- Heat oil, add onion and fry until golden brown then add ginger garlic paste

- Then add potato, green chillies, whole spices, salt, cumin powder, dhaniya powder, hari elaichi, button mirch

- Mix well then add 2 glass of water and add soaked rice and ½ tbsp of vinegar
- Tip: vinegar will make chawwal khile khile
- Cook it on med high flame until water dries
- Garnish with fresh coriander, cover it and leave it for dum
