- 1 tsp Mix all spices
- 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
- 1 cup Yogurt

- Make stock by all stock ingredients added in water
- Heat oil in a pan add onion fry till turns brown color
- Add ginger garlic paste green chilli and tomatoes
- Add spices and yogurt and mutton and cook for 10 min
- Add strained stock and boil it
- Then add water and when water gets 90 percent dry Put it on dum on tawa
- At the end keep fry onions on it mazadar pulao ready
