- 1 tbsp Oil

- 1 pinch saffron soak in 3/4 cup of milk
- 4-5 cloves
- 3-4 Pepper corn
- to taste Salt
- 1 burn carcoal
Instructions to make to make Mughlai mutton biryani
- Put 1/2 cup of fried onion in a mixi jar add dry rose patel,pistanchio 8-9,green chili grind n make fine paste.


- In presure cooker add oil n all whole spice,add mutton,curd,ginger garlic pst in it add grinded onion tomato pst saute for couple of seconds.add all dry masala saute for couple of seconds add enough water and cook for 4-5 whistel till done.


- Heat oil in a deep vasel put cloves,pepper,cinimmon in it add 4-5 glass of water boil it.add soaked basmati rice in it and cook till 85% done.



- Strain cooked rice and spread it in a large size thaali keep aside for 10 mins.after 10 minutes spread 1 large spoon of cooked rice put cooked mutton,put fried onion.



- Sprinkle dry mint leaves powder,put desi ghee,soak saffron milk and biryani masala over the first leyar of biryani.



- Give it a quick mix put all cooked rice make holl over it help of spoon



- Pour remaining saffron milk,fried onion and chopped pistanchios over the top of the biryani.


- Put 1 burn carcoal over the top of the biryani cover with foil pepper n lid cook on very low flam for about 8-10 minutes till done serve with burani and raita.
