  24. 2 cups basmati rice

Steps to make to make Prawns pulao

  1. Marinate the prawns with the ingredients mentioned under marinate.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel. Fry the prawns and remove and set aside.
  3. In the same vessel add more oil. Add the whole garam masala and the sliced onions and saute for a few minutes. Now add the tomatoes and saute for some time. Add the ground green masala and mix well.
  4. Add all the other dry masala and mix well. Now add the curd and mix well. Roast the masala well.
  5. Now add the water required to cook the rice along with salt. Let it come to a boil then add the rice.
  6. When the water almost dries up add the prawns and boiled eggs. Mix well.
  7. Cover and cook on simmer till rice is done. Serve hot. Enjoy!!
