- Wash sama rice under tap water and keep aside. Soak Sabudana too. Strain water from sama and Sabudana and add a curd to it.
- Add this both to the grinding jar, and crush it till. It became a smooth and nice batter.
- Transfer it into a bowl, add rajgeera flour, salt, ginger paste and chili paste to it. Mix well and keep it aside for 15-20minutes. Meanwhile put the streamer to preheat and Grease the plate with oil.
