  3. Now mix dosa batter to the wet batter and add curd. And then add vegetables, chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, jeera powder. Add water if needed, it shouldn't be too thick are loose.
  4. Take 12 cavity pan with lid and lit stove. When it is hot add drop by drop oil in cavities and put in slow flame and take a small ladle batter and pour in each cavity. And put lid on it and cook for 10 mins.
  5. Then take all those dumplings in a plate and serve them with any chutney.
