  1. Rinse chole in a lot of water.soak them overnight in water
  2. Next morning, rinse them and add to a pressure cooker along with water
  3. Add tea bag and amla pieces in it
  4. Pressure cook for 5-10 minutes on medium gas
  5. Add oil in a hot pan, add cloves And cardamom
  6. When they begin to crackles​ add Ginger garlic paste and salt
  7. Then add chopped onion, green chilli and fry to get golden to light brown
  8. Next add tomato, turmeric, salt and cook it
  9. Now add Chole masala and red chilli powder
  10. Fry it again for 1 to 2 minutes
  11. Add pressure cooked chole And fresh water
  12. Mix properly And add more water if u need
  13. Cover and simmer on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes
  14. When the gravy thickens add amchur powder And kasuri methi
