- Make the sattu batter with sattu powder, sooji, rice flour, cumin seeds and rest masala. Rest for half an hour to one hour.


- Mix the veggies, onion, and green leaves as mentioned. Mix well.


- Take a wok and heat with 1 Tsp oil. Spread one ladle of sattu and veggies batter and roast in medium heat and then low flame.

- Roast both the sides. It takes 5-7 minutes to cook each chilla. Serve with coriander chutney/tea.
