- Grind pudina, coriander,jeera,ginger garlic paste,green chilli in fine paste.
- Marinate chicken with the paste, garam masala, curd, salt, turmeric and keep aside for 1 hour.
- Wash basmati rice and keep aside for 15 mins.
- Chop onion finely.
- Take a pressure cooker, add oil and cloves,dalchini,elaichi,bay leaf and onion and cook till brown.
- Now add the marinated chicken and cook for 5 mins.
- Add the rice, turmeric, salt and water as needed. I used 2 cups of water and keep it for 2 whistles.
- Serve hot your favourite raita and gravy. I made simple chicken rassa and cucumber carrot raita.
