- 1 whole chicken
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp food color
- Dry roast masala
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp coriander whole
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 green cardamom
- Dry ingredients
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp tanduri masala
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 lemon juice
- Oil for frying
Steps to make to make Lahori Chargha with Masala Rice
- First make cut on chicken and marinate it with vinegar,salt and food color for 1/2 hour.
- Then wash and dry.
- Dry roast cumin seeds, coriander whole, black pepper and green cardamom and grind.
- In a bowl add yoghurt, grind masala,dry ingredients, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and oil mix together.

- Now Marinate the chicken in yoghurt mixture over night.


- In a wide bottom pan add water and place a stainer in that pan and put chicken on the stainer and close the lid for 15 minutes.



- Take out the chicken from the pan.
- Now deep fry chicken in a Karahi till crispy golden.
