Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Tandoori Rice πŸ˜‹:

  1. For Tandoori Chicken
  2. Leftover Tandoori Chicken
  3. Few more leg pcs of chicken
  4. half packet Tandoori Masala
  5. 1 cup Yogurt
  6. 2 Onion sliced medium
  7. 3-4 tbsp Oil
  8. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  9. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  10. 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  11. to taste Salt
  12. Coal for Smoke
  13. Zeera Rice
  14. 3 cups Rice
  15. 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  16. 1 Onion sliced medium
  17. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  18. 4-5 tbsp Oil
  19. 5 to 6 Curry leaves
  20. 3-4 Green chillies
  21. 2 tbsp Yogurt
  22. leftover water released from Tandoori Chicken which was baked
  23. to taste Salt
  24. Green Raita
  25. half kg Yogurt
  26. 1 bunch Cilantro
  27. half bunch Mint leaves
  28. 2 cloves Garlic
  29. half tbsp Cumin seeds
  30. 4-5 Green chillies
  31. to taste Salt

Instructions to make to make Tandoori Rice πŸ˜‹

  1. To prepare tandoori chicken heat oil in a pot & fry sliced onion till it becomes soft, now add cumin seeds & ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 min.
  2. Now add uncooked chicken & fry till it change it's color, now add tandoori masala in it and bhunofy it.
  3. Now add yogurt & salt if required and cook it well.
  4. When oil seperates add leftover Tandoori chicken in it too. (cut it into small pcs if you want to)
  5. Now add lemon juice in it & cover the lid & cook for more 5 mins on low flame. Give it Coal smoke & keep it aside.
  6. For Raita preparation grind all the ingrediants with yogurt & keep it aside.
  7. Now prepare Zeera Rice, Heat oil in a pot & fry onion till golden brown, now add Cumin seeds & curry leaves, Saute it.
  8. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry more. Now add yogurt & Green chillies and bhunofy it till water dries up.
  9. Now add Rice and leftover water of Baked Tandoori Chicken. Add more water if required with salt.
  10. Cook it completely. & now Assemble the serving Dish.
  11. For serving spread Zeera Rice, then Tandoori Chicken, then pour Raita on it, then again rice, then layer it with Tandoori Chicken & raita again... Garnish it with Boiled egg, tomatoes, Onion & Cilantro. Enjoy !
