  5. Salt
  6. Haldi powder
  7. Chilli flakes and red chilli powder
  8. Zeera powder and coriander powder
  9. All spice powders all together
  10. Peel and cut to pieces then add zarda Colour
  11. Heat the oil
  12. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft
  13. Also add fried onions
  14. Also add marinated chicken and little bit zarda Colour
  15. Cover it and cook them until chicken and potatoes are tender
  16. Chicken is tender but they should not be completely dry there should be some gravy left!
  17. Boil water and add whole garam masala and salt
  18. After boiling add soaked rice and 3/4 done
  19. Just strain it
  20. Put the tawa on flame and put the pan on tawa and half rice pour it in pan
  21. Spread out cooked chicken in rice
  22. Again pour remaining rice and zarda colour
  23. And dam alteast 15 minutes
