  20. 1 tsp coriander powder
  21. 1 tsp lemon juice
  22. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  23. Chawal ki kheer
  24. 1/2 milk
  25. 100 g soaked and dried basmati rice
  26. 150 gm sugar
  27. 1 tsp ghee
  28. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  29. 1 tsp dry fruits chopped

Steps to make to make Veg Thali

  1. In a cooker.Take oil,jeera, whole spices,ginger garlic paste Mix it Add Onion,carrots potatoes and tomatoes,stir it.Add masala and water cook for 2 whistle.Garnish with cheese
  2. For Kheer - Wash basmati rice.Soak it for 20 min.strain the water dry it.In Kadhai.Take ghee roast rice for few minutes.Now add Milk.Stir it.Cook till rice is cooked.Now add Sugar,dry fruits chopped and cardamom powder.Now it's ready We can't have it chilled or hot
  3. For Sukhi Potato bhaji- In Kadai.Add oil.Jeera,curry leaves and hing.let it splutter.Turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder ginger garlic paste and Boiled parities,Mix it.Add lemon juice salt and coriander leaves.
