- 1 Packet Maggi Noodles
- 250 ml Water
- As required Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste
- 4 Spicy Chillies
- 1 inch Ginger
- 8-10 Garlic Cloves
- For Marination-
- 1/4 cup Oats Flour
- 3 tbsp Rice Flour
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1 Pack Maggi Magic Masala
- For Tempering
- 3 tbsp Oil
- For Final Tempering--
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 10 Garlic Cloves, chopped
- 2 Green Chillies, chopped
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Packet Raw Maggi Noodles
- 1 Packet Maggi Masala
- 200 ml water
Steps to make to make Hyderabadi Maggi
- Heat water in a deep vessel, once the water comes to boil add Maggi and let it cool for 3-4 minutes.(here, I have used regular Maggi noodles. You can use spaghetti also). Cook your noodles 80% and not fully.


- Once cooked, strain it and let it cool.

- Take a bowl, add oats flour (crush your oats in a mixer jar), rice flour and corn flour.



- Add red chilli powder and turmeric.

- Add Ginger Garlic Chilli paste.

- Add garam masala and lemon.


- Add curd and mix using hand whisk.


- Add boiled maggi noodles and mix well.


- Add Maggi magic masala and gently mix.Leave it to marinate for 20 minutes up to 1 hour for best results.


- In a pan heat oil on medium flame and saute marinated maggi noodles until aromatic. Leave it aside.



- In a pan heat oil on medium flame, add chopped chillies, garlic and onions. Saute until onions turn golden brown.



- Add maggi masala and mix.

- Add water and sauted marinated maggi noodles.


- Once everything comes together and water heats up, add raw maggi noodles for crunchyness. And cook for 4 minutes.


- Tasty hyderabadi maggi is ready, serve hot and enjoy!
